The ticketing fee above is Modality's platform fee only. Payments are processed by Stripe, and standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per US card transaction) apply on top — Modality doesn't add any per-ticket fee of its own.
What are AI actions?
Every AI action (chat, campaign copy, brand extraction, event risk reports, and autonomous agents) draws from your monthly balance based on the real compute it uses (1 action ≈ a typical chat turn). Actions reset each billing cycle. Add a card and usage auto-scales beyond your plan at $0.04/action, or you simply pause at your limit.

What happens to my Eventbrite listings?+
Nothing changes on Eventbrite, Modality does not touch your existing listings. Most teams run new events on Modality, embed the event page on their own site, and share it with their email list, so they keep every buyer’s contact instead of handing it to a marketplace.
Is there an Android app?+
The Modality app is on iPhone today, and Android is on the roadmap. Everything in the app also works on the web at modalitystudio.com, so your team is not blocked in the meantime.
Can I import my existing contact list?+
Yes. Import contacts from a CSV with column mapping and duplicate detection, and they become living CRM records with full history, tags, and activity.
What are the total fees per ticket?+
Modality’s platform fee is 1.9% on Free, 0.9% on Pro, and 0.5% on Business, with a $0 per-ticket fee. Standard Stripe processing (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per US card) applies on top, and Modality adds no hidden per-ticket surcharge.
Do you offer refunds?+
You can refund your ticket buyers in full or in part straight from the order, through your own Stripe account. Your Modality plan itself is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime.
How is my attendee data stored?+
Your data is isolated per workspace and encrypted in transit, with every record scoped to your workspace to prevent cross-tenant access. Payments run through Stripe, so card numbers never touch Modality, and you can export your data anytime.
